The CMAS program provides state and local government agencies within the State of California a specialized procurement process for obtaining Information Technology services. This program ensures that purchasing agencies are given the flexibility to choose the service that best meets their specific business needs, while maintaining an easy-to-use cost effective government procurement plan.
