  Senior Technical Recruiter - Financial Services
  
  One position in Walnut Creek, CA and one position in Mesa, AZ
  
  Position Summary:
  SIS is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who is interested in making his or her mark in a growing, long established IT consulting organization - a person who enjoys the challenges and rewards of finding new consultant resources and who is also adept at maintaining a consultant base. The key to success in this position is the ability to forge strong consultant relationships, to leverage past recruiting successes and consultant networks and to offer creative solutions to our clients' information technology challenges. Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for a financial sector client base.
  
  Must Have:
  
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT consulting services.
  • Solid consultant relationship network in San Francisco Bay Area or Metro Phoenix, AZ.
  • Solid history of success in developing a "pipeline" of new consultant relationships through proactive sourcing.
  • Solid experience fulfilling IT related business requirements
  • Understanding of the dynamics of teaming with Business Developers.
  • Proven commitment to quality, teamwork, relationship building, strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Local San Francisco Bay Area residence or Metro Phoenix, AZ
  
  Ideal (not required):
  
  • Experience with financial services industry clients
  
  Compensation: Base salary and incentive plan, plus benefits.
