Business Developer/Staffing – Bay Area
- Position Summary:
SIS is looking for an experienced Account Manager who is interested in making his or her mark in a growing, long established IT consulting organization - a person who enjoys the challenges and rewards of finding new clients and who is also adept at maintaining and growing established client relationships. The key to success in this position is the ability to forge strong client and consultant relationships, to leverage past sales successes and client networks and to offer creative solutions to our clients' information technology challenges. Ideal candidate will have experience supporting financial sector client base.
Must Have:
- Demonstrated understanding of IT consulting services.
- Solid customer relationship network in San Francisco Bay Area.
- Solid history of success in developing new client relationships through direct sales.
- Solid experience generating IT related business requirements
- Understanding of the dynamics of teaming with technical recruiters.
- Proven commitment to quality, teamwork, relationship building, strong work ethic and professionalism.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- C-Level presentation skills
- Local San Francisco Bay Area residence
Ideal (not required):
- Experience with financial services industry clients
Compensation: Base salary and rich incentive plan to reach 6-figure income, plus benefits and expense program.
