General
Summary:
Under
the direction of the AP Team Lead, and working directly with accounting
personnel, will be responsible for supporting all accounts payable
functions. Assit where needed in all accounting
responsibilities. Apply general accounting experience to meet
department deadlines and perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
It is
the primary responsibility of the AP Assistant to receive and process
all incorporated consultant and third party timesheets and invoices to
meet semi-monthly deadlines.
It is the secondary
responsibility of the AP Associate to collect and process all consultant
expense reports for reimbursement and client billing in compliance with
internal policies and procedures.
Required
Skills:
Must
be willing to do heavy load of data entry and filing.
Must
possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet business
deadlines.
Proficiency
in Excel & MAS90 or equivalent accounting software
General
accounting knowledge a plus with a minimum 2 years general clerical
experience.
Must
have excellent proven oral and written communication skills
