The Project

A major high technology company wished to enable all of its partners/resellers with direct access to product configuration tools and extensive reporting capabilities.

Solution

The SIS team led the initiative to extend the feature reporting and product configuration application to all company partners via the Extranet. This included evaluating various business related options and sales drivers to substantiate this venture.

Results

SIS created a much more seamless and productive way for the company and its vendors to communicate. Additionally, the effort increased sales productivity and greatly improved problem reporting and resolution tracking functionality.
